The real-time terahertz near-field spectroscopic imaging system we built can realize near-field information in the surface wavelength range of the test sample, and has good system resolution. It can perform real-time sample analysis on biological samples to ensure biological sample activity; in addition, the system It has the dual function of collecting image information and spectrum information at the same time, using spectrum information to obtain parameters such as refractive index and absorption coefficient, and analyzing local sample information from image information, which can overcome the shortcomings of ordinary THz-TDS that the local characteristics of the sample cannot be obtained; The system can also test the response information of the metamaterial sample with the polarization to the THz, and it has great application prospects in the functional testing of many metamaterial terahertz devices.
