What company is supplying the THz device to the NYPD?

I have looked all the over the net today, trying to find the name of the company that the Department of Defense has contracted with to supply a stand-off Terahertz device to be used by the NYPD, to perform distance inspection of persons who may be carrying weapons or contraband.
I haven't had any luck finding an answer, and look forward to someone sharing this important information with blog readers.
