By applying different software analysis packages, the same base technologies can be brought to bear to a wide range of applications.
TeraView’s terahertz spectrometers utilize powerful, ultra-fast laser sources and semiconductor based detection systems to supply full access to the 0.06 – 4 THz (2 cm-1 - 120 cm-1) spectral region. These “plug and play” units are reliable, easy to use and flexible. They can be supplied with a wide range of ancillary spectroscopy and imaging modules that either fit directly onto the core unit or via a fibre optic feed. These modules can be provided at the time of purchase or added later as your needs change. Extra modules include: cryogenic unit ATR specular reflectance unit heated/cooled cells X-Y spectroscopy scanner X-Y reflectance imaging unit medical probe external gantries (up to 2m by 2m) All our units come with a 12 month warranty and are supported on-site byTeraView’s global service team. | The unit is used to identify and quickly isolate faults on the interconnects of advanced packages, such as Flip Chip, Package on Package (PoP) and potentially Through-silicon vias(TSV) Key advantages of theEOTPR2000 include: Rapid fault isolation—minutes rather than days Identification of weak connections that may lead to future faults Ability to isolate faults not previously seen with conventional TDR units 10 micron resolution | The CW Spectra 400 is the latest terahertz spectrometer from TeraView. It utilizes TeraView's proprietary GaAs-based photomixers and optical fibres to provide a robust and flexible, ready to use, turn-key system. This standalone unit generates a continuous terahertz wave (CW-THz), tunable in frequency, which is emitted and detected via an appropriate set of proprietary, fibre-fed terahertz photomixers. By the addition of suitable supports, gantries or other units this CW Spectra 400 is capable of performing spectroscopy and imaging on a range of objects and materials. |
